Body language is considered to be the earliest language developed by human beings. From the moment of birth, the baby's movements become the way for parents to understand the child's desire to express their needs. Until they grow up, we expand from spoken language, text, body language, facial expressions, and even singing , dance, etc., to understand the message that others want to convey. Although body language is silent, it is the most appropriate copy for dancers to show their inner self-cultivation.
